Each race follows the same format: 1 kilometer run, followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times. You’ll sled push, sled pull, row, ski, carry, lunge, and burpee your way across the finish line—with thousands of cheering athletes alongside you.

HYROX Houston in March 2026 will be another highlight—bigger, faster, and stronger than ever. For athletes around the Gulf Coast and beyond, this event is the perfect goal to train for through the winter months.
